Minal Pawar is a Double Graduate from the Mumbai University and has completed her Bachelor’s Degree from V.E.S. College of Law, Mumbai in the year 2018. She has been a part of our organization for the last 4 years.
Minal Pawar is a part of civil and corporate litigation team which is led by Managing Partner Mr. Anupam Dighe and Associate Partner Ms. Kavisha Shah.
Her area of practice is mainly Civil Litigation including Real Estate, Testamentary matters and Commercial disputes. She has been regularly appearing before the Hon’ble High Court, Bombay, Hon’ble City Civil & Sessions Court, Hon’ble Magistrate Courts, Hon’ble Debt Recovery Tribunal, Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal and several Quasi – Judicial Authorities.
