Mehali Mehta graduated in Bachelor of Legislative Law from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur in the year 2021. She was initially practicing in Rajasthan High Court and got herself enrolled as an Advocate in the Rajasthan Bar Council. She has been a part of our organization from the year 2022.
Mehali Mehta is a valuable member of our Civil and Corporate litigation team, which is led by our Managing Partner, Mr. Anupam Dighe, and our Associate Partner, Ms. Kavisha Shah. Her primary focus lies in Civil Litigation, encompassing areas such as Writs, Public Interest Litigation, Service Matters, Motor Vehicle Claim Disputes, and Commercial disputes.
Before joining India Law Alliance, Mehali Mehta regularly appeared before the Rajasthan High Court in Jodhpur, the Central Administrative Tribunal, and the Rajasthan Administrative Tribunal. After joining our firm, she has been actively appearing before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, the Hon’ble City Civil & Sessions Court, and various Tribunals in Mumbai.
